  1. When do I pay for my flights?
    Your consultant will advise final payment details at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stipulated, payment for both international and domestic bookings is required immediately upon confirmation, or within 3 days depending on the fare type – again your consultant will advise you of these details.
  2. How do I pay for my flights?
    Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or cheque. Your consultant will advise you of which payment method is appropriate and the process involved. Credit card conditions may apply.
  3. When will my credit card be debited?
    For most bookings, the debit takes place at time of booking. Please ask your consultant if unsure.
  4. How private are my personal details?
    Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. We will not share your information outside of Flight Center without your authority to do so.
  5. Is there a fee to use Charlie Connection Travel & Tours?
    Fees may be charged, depending on the booking. Please check with your consultant for conditions when booking.
  6. How do I amend a booking?
    To amend or cancel a booking please email your consultant or call at 064-561-5626, or  086-882-2827, or if you’re calling outside of Thailnd you can call us at +6664-561-5626 or +66 86-882-2827 Please note: Some airfares are non refundable and/or non changeable and/or airline charges /cancellation fees may apply. Please ask your consultant at time of booking.
  7. How and when do I receive my travel documents?
    Documents are requested from airlines and travel suppliers once you have paid in full. In most cases airline tickets are issued within 24 – 48 hours. Unless otherwise requested other travel documents are released 14 days prior to travel. You can pick up your documents at our office or we can send these documents to you by registered post or courier, depending or requested method.
  8. How do I pick up my airline eTicket?
    eTickets are Electronic Tickets, a convenient new way of managing your travel that removes the “forgotten ticket” panic! On some airlines, you no longer need to receive a paper ticket before traveling – when you travel on an eTicket your details are stored in the airline system and you proceed directly to the check-in counter at the airport, present a current Photo ID (passport), receive your boarding pass and you are on your way.
  9. What if I lose my ticket?
    If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please contact us and we will forward to you a Lost Ticket Indemnity form for completion. This will facilitate the reissue of your ticket. Note the airlines usually charge a reissue fee. If you lose your ticket on the day of departure, upon arrival at the airport contact the airline who will organize replacement.
  10. What if I need to cancel my booking? How do I obtain a refund?
    Important please note: Airline charges and cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare or travel arrangements and as such refunds will only be provided by the airline or travel supplier in accordance with these terms and conditions. To apply for a refund please return your unused airline ticket and travel documents together with a covering letter to your consultant. Airline refunds may take up to 12 weeks.
  11. How do I know the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased?
    Terms and conditions differ depending on the airline and the type of ticket you have purchased. Please ask your consultant regarding details of cancellation fees, amendment fees and other terms and conditions.

  13. Can I book tickets for travel starting from outside the Thailand?
    Yes. Charlie Connection Travel & Tours can offer deals between many cities outside the Thailand. Please telephone a consultant on 02 6294262 or 662 6294262 if you call them from outside Thailand for a quote.
  14. Is it necessary to reconfirm your flight?
    It is necessary to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to departure direct with the airline but there are some airlines that no longer required.  Please contact your consultant for the airline phone number.
  15. Can I request seating or special meals?
    Most airlines will attempt to accommodate for meal and seating requests, however these are not guaranteed. All passengers on the same booking will be seated together. In most instances, only aisle or window seats can be requested

Paying By Credit Card On The Internet

When you use your credit card to buy goods or make reservations over the Internet, you have the same concerns as you would when using your credit card over the telephone:

  • Is the business I am dealing with a reputable company?
  • Could someone else obtain my credit card details and use my credit card number?

Every day you use your credit card in shops and restaurants and give it to cashiers and waiters, you also use it frequently to book tickets or to pay for items over the phone. Using your credit card number on the Internet is no more dangerous than the any of the above situations. In fact, it is often more secure to give out your account number over the Internet, because many sites work with your browser software to encode your transaction so if outside parties intercept it, they won’t be able to read it.

Tickets Delivery Method

  • Tickets can be delivered worldwide by registered post which takes 10-14 days. There is no insurance and it cost 300baht.
  • Tickets can be delivered by courier service which takes 3-5 days and it costs 650-1200baht depending on country/Zone with insurance inclusive.
  • Tickets can be delivered by our messenger to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Delivery cost is THB800 for 6 am-7 pm and 1200 Baht from 7 pm-5 am
  • Tickets can be delivered to the Bangkok downtown hotel. It is a free delivery service!
  • Tickets can be delivered by Express mail service in Thailand, which costs 100baht.
  • Tickets can be picked up at our office Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, Sundays we are closed! Click here to see our office location

Flights Reconfirm

Please reconfirm all flights at least 72 hours prior to departure, to ensure that you are aware of any unscheduled time changes made by the airline. On some airlines failure to reconfirm both outbound and inbound flights may result in your seat being canceled.

Flights Cancellation & Refund

CCT&T will charge you 500 Baht, as an office fee, to cancel an unused flight segment, but there will be an additional charge by the airline to cancel the flight. The airline fee differs depending on the air ticket conditions, if the ticket has been started or not, and the time left to the date of flight. An airline usually charges anywhere between 50$ u.s. to 300 $ u.s. to cancel an unused segment, but some tickets cannot be canceled at all.

We try to process your refund in the least possible time, but the airlines take different times to do it, anywhere from one to three months.

Once the money is credited to our account by the airline we will forward the money to you. If you wish to receive the funds to your credit card there will be an additional charge from 3 to 5 % depending on which credit card, this fee is charged to us by our bank for handling credit card transactions. If you wish we can send you a postal money order, which costs 300 Baht and 200 Baht for EMS shipping or 100 Baht regular registered mail.

Booking Hotels Online

After you have submitted a reservation form for a hotel our travel consultant will send you a secure payment gateway link were you need to submit your credit card information in order for us to secure the booking with our contracted hotels.

Your credit card will not be charged until we secure the required booking for you! We need to have your credit card on file before we can request the rooms from the hotels!

When we request a room from a hotel, until we confirm purchase the room will not be secured! Room allotments sell out very quickly, and if we just request room availability and do not confirm purchase by the time we get costumers approval a room will probably not be available!

For this purpose and for this purpose only we require costumer’s credit card details on file! You will not be charged until the room is secured!


What is CVV2?

CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. “CVV” stands for “Card Verification Value” (Discover Card calls it the “Card member ID”).

  • It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as VisaMasterCard, and Discover cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card number.
  • It is a four-digit number on the front of American Express cards. It is printed (flat), not embossed like the card number.

The CVV2 number enhances fraud protection and helps to validate two things:

  • The customer has the credit card in their possession.
  • The credit card number is legitimate

By helping to prevent credit card fraud, the CVV2 number keeps costs down for everyone.
